Dim 'N' Den Sum is a husband and wife team.  Steven Yonemura and wife, Lynell started the food truck in August of 2017. 

Before they opened their food truck, they traveled to South East Asia to retrace the footsteps of Anthony Bourdain; learn the culture and bring authentic flavors back to Kaua'i.

Together with their knowledge and passion, they strive to give Kaua'i great tasting food and service with aloha.

Full filling crepes

FullFilling Crepes is a food truck set to open in Kapaa, HI spring 2018. We specialize in super savory #sousvide meat crepes and satisfying sweet treats.

Bringing both visitors and locals an outstanding and affordable gourmet culinary experience, we offer flavorful meats and decadent sweets — and a portion of every purchase made goes toward sustainability and goodwill projects on Kauai!

D GREENS BBQ

D Green's BBQ has been a dream of Chef Darren Green's since he was a kid and it finally came to fruition in 2017! Though he's gotten an opportunity to cook and create different kinds of food in his professional career, BBQ has been his passion since he was tall enough to look over the edge of a Weber (over 30 years!). He's been inspired by all the different kinds of BBQ across the US and incorporated his favorite parts of each to craft his technique and create his signature rubs and sauces. Chef D Green is blessed to call Kauai home and is proud to bring some traditional Southern-style BBQ to the island..

Rafael's Aloha Tacos

Enjoy Al Pastor, Island Fish, Shrimp, Chicken, and Carne Asada Tacos and Burritos, as well as Chicken Mole and fresh Chili Relleno Plates. Try their Taro tortillas too. You can find Rafael’s Aloha Tacos at Salt Pond Beach and at the Kapaa Art Night (1st Saturday night of the month), Puhi Farmer’s Market on Saturday mornings and Friday Hanapepe Art Night.

Specialty nachos with house fried and seasoned chips, and a home made cheese sauce made from a blend of five different cheeses and tossed in a bucket with our chips to make sure they’re all coated before adding our toppings! We have five nachos on our menu including a dessert nacho that’s made with flour tortillas and seasoned with sea salt, cinnamon, sugar and topped with a white chocolate cream cheese sauce and a triple berry compote!

My name is Miguel and I am from Veracuz, Mexico where we have a passion for fresh meats and seafood dishes,   I grew up working on my family's ranch and learned how to cook and prepare foods from my mom and abuela (grandmother).  We have THE BEST FISH TACOS IN THE ISLAND and tasty seafood dishes..
